Part of the work is understanding why certain situations feel as intense as they do, and how past experiences continue to show up in the present, especially in the moments that feel hardest to manage.

Sessions are real and conversational. We talk things through, slow things down, and make sense of what’s actually happening so you can respond differently in your day-to-day life.

I’ve spent over two decades working with children, teens, and families in school and family-based settings, and now bring that experience into my work as a therapist in private practice.
