Individual Therapy

Sometimes you know exactly what brings you to therapy. Other times, you only know that something in your life needs to change.

You may be overthinking, shutting down, people-pleasing, feeling disconnected, or reacting in ways that make sense afterward but feel difficult to change in the moment.

Together, we look at what keeps repeating, what happens when you feel stressed or disconnected, and what you have learned to expect from yourself and other people.

I ask questions, offer feedback, and help you make connections between what is happening now and the experiences and relationships that have shaped you.

Individual therapy may include work around anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Understanding where a pattern comes from does not mean blaming the past. It gives us more context for what is happening now and more room to respond differently.

If you would like to see whether working together feels right, we can begin with a complimentary 20-minute consultation.
