Individual Therapy
You might come to individual therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel the way they do.
You don’t need a good enough reason to feel what you feel.
A lot of people come in thinking they’re doing something wrong or that they should be able to handle things differently. Most of the time, there’s already something in what they’re doing that makes sense; they just don’t see it yet.
That can look like overthinking, shutting down in the moment, reacting more strongly than you want to, or feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating.
I pay attention to those patterns, how you respond under stress, and what’s happening underneath that.
Part of the work is understanding why certain reactions feel bigger than the moment, and where those responses come from, so you can start responding differently in real life.
This work often includes anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional regulation, and patterns that don’t feel easy to change, even when you know what to do.
If you’re open to feedback and ready to understand what’s going on, this tends to be a good fit.
If this feels like what you are looking for, you can reach out to schedule a consultation.
We can talk through what is going on and see if this feels like a good fit.
