ABOUT

Finding the right therapist isn’t just about credentials. It’s about whether you feel comfortable enough to actually talk and be honest.

You don’t need a good enough reason to feel what you feel.

A lot of people come in unsure of why things feel the way they do, or thinking they’re doing something wrong. Most of the time, there’s already something in what they’re doing that makes sense, they just don’t have the language for it yet.

I pay attention to patterns, how you respond under stress, and what’s happening underneath that.

I ask questions, offer feedback, and help you make connections so things start to make more sense.

Part of the work is understanding why certain situations feel as intense as they do, and how past experiences continue to show up in the present, especially in the moments that feel hardest to manage.

Sessions are real and conversational. We talk things through, slow things down, and make sense of what’s actually happening so you can respond differently in your day-to-day life.

I’ve spent over two decades working with children, teens, and families in school and family-based settings, and now bring that experience into my work as a therapist in private practice.

This tends to be a good fit if you’re open to feedback, willing to look at patterns, and ready to make changes, not just talk about them.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. We’ll figure it out together.
