RATES
Individual session (45 min): $225
Intake session (45-60 min): $250
Family Session (45 min): $250
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards.
INSURANCE
I do not accept insurance at this time. I will gladly provide you with documentation for out-of-network benefits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
