I bet you’re wondering what to expect in Therapy.

Well, first I am not your typical therapist. I’m real. I’m approachable. Therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable and seen. In our sessions, I'll show you how to be vulnerable and genuine by being that way myself. I'll laugh at your jokes. You can show me your favorite dog videos or TikTok videos before we start. You're as likely to find me cross-legged in my chair wearing jeans and sneakers rather than sitting perfectly poised in slacks and a blouse.

Whether you are struggling with depression, isolation, anxiety, social-emotional issues, racial inequity, colorism, need support through transitions and identifying new passions, struggling with traumatic events, or relationship issues; I am here to support you. My approach includes a toolbox of practices and techniques using Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Relational Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Wellness Coaching to help my clients facilitate social, emotional, and behavioral changes.
